every customer and employee email address, phone number and contact
note scrubbed to inert values. Even when it is healthy
the golden copy can be a week or more behind production; its age is shown above. Everything you do here is
thrown away at the next reset — practice freely, break things, send
anything: nothing leaves this box.
IT IS NOT live production,
and it is not a fidelity reference. Do not use it to
answer "does this real serial belong to this real customer" or to check
a real contact's phone or email — the contact data is deliberately
fake, and the records are as old as the line above says. Use it to
learn and rehearse write flows: scan-in, station work,
tickets, certificates, dispatch. For a read-only view of real current
data, use production preview, not this.
